What is GroceryPair?

A free web app for a shared grocery list. Everyone in your room sees adds, checks, and deletes in real time.

Is it free?

Yes. GroceryPair is free to use — no subscription and no ads in the list.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You create or join a room with a short code. Nothing to register.

How do I invite my family?

Open the room and tap “Send room via WhatsApp”, or tell them the room code and the site: grocerypair.com.

What if I forget the room code?

The code is shown at the top of your lists. After you leave, the app can offer to rejoin the last room on this device.

Who can see my lists?

Anyone with your room code. Treat it like a house key — only share it with people who should shop with you.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. It runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen as an app.

Can I use it without internet?

Yes. You can keep using the list offline; changes sync automatically when you reconnect.

How does voice input work?

On the list screen, tap the microphone and say items (you can switch between Hebrew and English). They are added for everyone in the room.

How do I delete a list?

On the lists screen tap ✕, or open a list and tap the trash icon. You’ll be asked to confirm. Archiving (📦) keeps it in List History instead.

Is there Hebrew support?

Yes. Switch עב / EN at the top. The layout flips for Hebrew (right-to-left).

How do I get started?

Go to the home page, name your family space, and share the room code. That’s it.
